Laura's classes are based on a Holistic Yoga Flow approach, which includes pranayama, meditation, and asana. She combines creative sequencing and flows with a strong focus on safe, sound alignment. Laura offers classes in a variety of styles including: Yin Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Pre/Postnatal Yoga and Kids Yoga.
Laura also offers private sessions, which are suitable for those with busy schedules, limited mobility, or yogis looking to advance their practice. Private sessions are available as a one-time occurrence or ongoing commitment, and are a great for people who want to build their home practice. Sessions can be extended as an online mentorship, where you will receive customized sequences to suit your needs.
