Peanut Butter Protein Cookies


These are the EASIEST protein cookies ever. They are also super peanut-buttery, full of protein, and make a great bedtime snack.

I made two batches of this recipe: one with whey protein and eggs (for my sister), as well as a vegan option using Vega protein and chia ‘eggs’. Both versions turned out amazing, but the ones with the eggs have a slightly better texture.




  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth.

  2. Roll into 12 equal balls and set on a lined cookie sheet.

  3. Press down each cookie using a fork.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes until slightly brown.

Tips and tricks:

  • These can be stored in the fridge and they also freeze well.

  • You can line your cookie sheet with parchment paper or try this reusable version!
