Side Angle Pose

In this video I explain the main alignment points for Extended Side Angle Pose. This strong pose is a great addition to any flow sequence and can be modified in several different ways. The tips in my tutorial videos are great for beginners who are still working on building their understanding of each yoga pose, or advanced yogis who need a refresher.
