High Lunge (Crescent Pose)

In this video I explain the main alignment points for High Lunge, otherwise known as Crescent Pose. High Lunge is a great strengthening pose for the legs and can be intergrated into your practice in many different ways. Whether you're a complete beginner or an advanced yogi, these tips will help you reconnect with your alignment in this posture.
