Handstand drills for beginners

Want to start building strength in handstand? This is a 5-minute video that explains two beginner handstand drills. You do not need to be able to do a handstand to practice these drills, but you should be comfortable putting weight into your hands and being upside down. Always remember to listen to your body and continue to breathe!
