Cat & Cow

In this video I explain the main alignment points for Cat/Cow Pose, which is a gentle stretch for the spine. This movement can be included in a warm-up sequence, and should always be practiced in connection with the breath. Whether you're a complete beginner or an advanced yogi, these tips will help you reconnect with your alignment in this movement.
