Journalling: Yearly reflection

Welcome to my new journaling series! Each month I’m going to share a journalling exercise with you, either focussing on reflections or intentions. As 2018 comes to a close, this month’s journal exercise asks you to reflect on your year.

Feel free to follow the prompts exactly as they are presented below or skip some and focus on a few that really resonate with you.

  1. What is something you accomplished this year that you feel proud of?

  2. What’s the nicest thing someone did for you this year?

  3. What was the most challenging moment of this year? How did you overcome it?

  4. How have you grown this year?

  5. Who are the people who have shown you support and love this year?

  6. Name ten things that have brought you happiness this year.

  7. What three words would you use to describe your year?

Do you journal? If no, why not? Let’s chat in the comments!
